Automatic Egg Collection System

The egg collection system is essential equipment for large-scale layer farms. It reduces staff movement inside the house, minimizing disturbance to the hens, and helps protect the house environment from outside contamination.

It consists of egg belts, longitudinal and elevator collection sections, manual collection tables and a central collection section designed around each customer’s house layout and site.

The maximum conveying distance can reach 1 km. The longitudinal section runs at about 6.5 m/min with a maximum capacity of 65,000 eggs per hour, and the incline can be adjusted from 0 to 20° to suit the site.
